评述半导体激光器的发展动态,包括应变量子阱激光器、垂直腔面发射激光器、可见光激光器、增益耦合型分布反馈激光器及高功率激光器列阵等。
The recent advances in semiconductor lasers are reviewed. It includes strainedlayer quantun well lasers, vertical cavity surface emitting lasers, visible lasers, gaincoupled distributed feedback lasers and high power laser array.
