摘要
上海石化股份公司延迟焦化装置焦炭塔出口大油气钢管三通、支管以及加热炉进出口渣油Cr5Mo弯管冲蚀严重,对其原因进行分析,认为是由于湍流冲蚀和高温硫腐蚀两者交互与叠加作用造成的。建议应提高材料级别,大油气管线三通及支管宜选用Cr5Mo钢,而加热炉进出口渣油弯管应改用Cr9Mo材质。
The tees and laterals of outlet oil vapor pipelines of coke drum and residue oil Cr5Mo bending pipe at the inlet and outlet of furnace in delayed coking unit in Shanghai Petrochemical Company suffered from severe erosion corrosion. The analysis confirmed that the erosion corrosion was the result of the combination effect of turbulent erosion and high-temperature sulfur corrosion. It is suggested that the materials be upgraded, Cr5Mo steel be selected for the tees and laterals of oil vapor pipeline and Cr9Mo material be used for residue oil bending pipe at the inlet and outlet of the furnace.
