锌原卟啉与红细胞游离原卟啉的对照研究

摘要 本文研究了715名6个月~6岁儿童的锌原卟啉(ZEP)和红细胞游离原卟啉(FEP)的关系,发现其呈正相关。ZEP和FEP的水平在1岁时呈最高水平,以后随年龄增长而有下降的趋势。我们认为把ZEP>3.0μg/g Hb全血作为缺铁筛查界值下限是合适的。 This study discussed the relationship between zinc protoporphyrin (ZEP) and free erythrocyte protoporphyrin (FEP) in 715 children aged 6 months to 6 years. It was discovered that there existed close positive relation between ZEP and FEP. The highest level of ZEP and FEP is in aged 1 group, then, the level tends to decline to constant as the year increases.It is suggested that ZEP 3.0 μg/g Hb should be used as the inferior limit for the screening of iron deficiency.
