摘要
大规模多中心临床试验表明微量白蛋白尿是从肾脏得到的心血管危险性增加及血管反应性改变的信号,微量白蛋白尿(microalbuminuria,MA)不仅是糖尿病(DM)并发症的预测指标,也是心血管疾病的独立危险因素,并且可以预测动脉粥样硬化相关的缺血性心血管事件的发生发展[1].
