车架在制造过程中,焊接变形不可避免,只能在设计和工艺上采取有效措施控制焊接变形,并对超出公差要求的焊接变形进行矫正,才能达到车架强度、使用性能及经济性能的要求。
Welding distortion is unavoidable in the processing of motorcycle frame. The only way to control the distortion is to take effective measures in designing and processing and rectify the welding distortion which goes beyond the tolerance limit to meet the demand of frame strength, service performance and economy.
