摘要
采用共聚焦式激光诱导荧光检测法,设计了一种基于单片机的微型毛细管电泳芯片检测器,利用数字信号处理技术和面向对象的设计方法开发了一套与之匹配的信号处理软件。此检测器能够实现对芯片毛细管电泳信号的实时处理与分析。
Laser-induced fluorescence detection was applied, microchip capillary electrophoresis detection system was designed based on MCU. Software of signal processing was programmed by using digital signal processing technology and object oriented design technique. The microchip capillary electrophoresis signal can be processed in a manner of real time processing and analyzed by the detection system.
