摘要
提出了一种无衍射结构光概念,这种光具有线性结构、焦深长、线宽小等特点。这是实现高速度、大范围及高分辨力的几何测量的基础。提出了利用三角截面棱镜实现这种新型结构光的方法,并利用衍射原理及菲涅尔近似对平面波入射的棱镜后的光强分布进行了计算与分析。通过分析,它是一种具有无衍射特性的线结构光源,这为几何量在线测量提供了一个很好的条件。
This paper puts forward a conception of a non-diffraction structured light (NDSL), which has characteristics such as linear structure, long focal-depth and narrow line-width, etc. These characteristics are foundation of geometric measurement of high-speed, large measurement range and high resolution. A method to obtain NDSL is proposed in this paper. That is the light can be produced by a triangular-section prism (TSP). Utilizing geometric optics, diffraction principle and Freshnel approaching, optical field behind TSP projected by parallel light is analyzed and calculated. According to analysis results, it has some properties of non-diffraction light. These can provide a good condition for large workpiece on-line geometry measurement.
