摘要
将颗粒物以1.5、7.5、37.5mg/kg剂量给大鼠经气管染毒,检测肺巨噬细胞(AM)Fc受体、肺有关淋巴结(LALN)和脾脏抗体形成细胞数以及淋巴细胞转化功能。结果发现,低剂量组上述指标基本未受影响;中、高剂量组对AMFc受体、LALN的免疫功能有影响,而对系统免疫功能几乎无影响。
The paper presents the study on the effects of air particulates on rats immune functions. The rats were given 1.5,7.5, 37,5mg/kg particulates intratracheally respectively and the number of al vcolar macrophages Fc receptors, antibody forming cells and the mitoginic response of T lympho cytes in lung associated lymph nodes (LALN) and splcens were determined. In all but the low dose group alterations of Fc receptors and the above-mentioned immune indices in LALN but not were observed in spleen.
