摘要
本文综述了表面活性剂在生物分离领域中的应用,具体介绍了胶束与反胶束萃取、胶束催化、胶束电动色谱、胶束液相色谱、泡沫分离和细胞内产物的释放,并对表面活性剂的应用前景及生物分离的发展进行了展望。
A review surveys the application of surfactants in bioseparation.Micellar extraction,reversed-micellar extraction,micellar catalysis,MEKC,MLC,foam fractionation and release of intracellar components by using surfactants are introduced in detail.The prospect of the applications of surfactants and the development of bioseparation are discussed.
