摘要
采用纯种昆明雄性小鼠,用甲状腺素合利血平法,复制小鼠阴虚模型,同时给予牡蛎全营养片进行治疗。结果显示,阴虚组动物于造型后逐渐出现阴虚症状,体重减轻,动物存活率明显降低,肝、肾、脾和肠组织病变明显;而牡蛎全营养片治冶组小鼠上述改变明显减轻,且肝、肾细胞内RNA及肝糖原含量增加,酶活性异常得到改善,充分显示出药物的“养阴润燥”、保肝益肾等作用。
The Syndrome of yin -deficiency was made by thyroid hormone with reserpine in Kunming mice. Oyster complete nutritional tablet was used to treat the syndrome of yin -deficiency in mice. The results showed that a series of syndrome of the yin -deficiency were improved and animal mortality was cut down patently. The degree of histopathologic damage in cells of liver,kidney,spleen,intestine was reduced and histochemical observation suggested that the contents of RNA and glycogen in liver cell were raised significantly. Abnormal activity of enzyme was improved. The tablet showed a benefit effects on protecting liver, kidney,spleen and intestine to a certain extent.
