摘要
本文在分析和总结石油储量价值特点的基石出上,阐述了确定石油储量和油田股份转让价格的基本原则,提出并举例说明了在几种情况下确定石油储量和油田股份转让价格的定量方法。
Based on the analysis and summarization of value characteristics of petroleum reserve,this paper de-scribes the principle determination of petroleum reserve and oil field equity assignment prices,and presents and describes with examples the quantitative method of determination of petroleum reserve and equity assign-ment prices.
