摘要
农协制度是日本在实现农业现代化过程中,根据本国国情独创的一套别具特色的农村合作经济组织体系,它是日本快速实现农业现代化的强有力推动因素。我国目前"三农"领域的问题越来越多,矛盾日益突出,有些问题已是久治不愈的"顽疾",成为制约我国农业现代化发展进程的"瓶颈"。而导致这种状况的根本原因就在于我国农村合作经济组织发育严重滞后,无法适应农村市场经济发展的需要。我国应该充分借鉴日本农协制度的成功经验,大力发展农村合作经济组织,加快农业现代化进程。
Agricultural Association System is a particular country cooperative economic organization system,which was solely created in Japan according to her situation of the country in the process of performing agricultural modernization;it became the strong impetus element for Japan to perform agriultural modernization.In the present,there are more and more questions in the range of 'Agriculture,Country and Peasants' in our country,increasing overlapping conflict,some have been permanent trouble and obstacle for China to perform agricultural modernization.The basic reason is that the country cooperative economic organization of China is too lag to adapt the necessity for developing the country market economy.We should fully use for reference on the successful experiment of the Japanese Agricultural Association System,mighty develop country cooperative economic organization,and accelerate the process of agricultural modernization.
