摘要
目的探讨EDTAK2抗凝剂对PLT读数的影响。方法用CD1700全自动血细胞分析仪检测EDTAK2抗凝静脉血的PLT结果与显微镜镜检不符个别患者,EDTAK2抗凝静脉血的PLT同时动用CD1700全自动血细胞分析仪预稀释功能及人工计数末梢血的PLT。结果用t检验方法得出EDTAK2组与预稀释组、人工计数组之间有极其显著性差异(P<0.01),而预稀释组、人工计数组之间则无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论EDTAK2抗凝剂致偶见患者PLT假性降低。应用直接取末梢血,进行人工计数或动用CD1700预稀释功能,确保结果的准确性。而动用CD1700预稀释功能更方便、快速。
Objective To investigate the effect of EDTA-K_2 on the PLT counting. Methods Count the PLT number of venous blood (with anticoagulant: EDTA-K_2 ) using CD-1700 automatic blood analyzer with its pre-dilution function, and with manual counting .Results T test showed that the counting between the First and the last two has significant difference (P<0.01). and the counting between the last two has no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion EDTA-K_2 can occasionally cause False decrease in the PLT counting. in order to get more accurate result , manual counting or pre-dilation function is necessary. However, pre-dilution function is more convenient and Fast.
