摘要 介绍了一种无碱液态水泥混凝土速凝剂的生产工艺及其性能等技术特点,指出了影响速凝剂作用效果的主要因素,试验表明:使用本速凝剂水泥初凝时间不大于5分钟,终凝时间不大于10分钟;本速凝剂能够明显改善水泥的早期强度,1天强度大于8MPa,28天强度损失小甚至有所提高,抗压强度比大于80%。 Introduced the production technique of a liquid setting-accelerator free-from alkali, and technology characteristics, pointed out the key factors which influence the setting-accelerator. Test indicated that, because of using the setting-accelerator, the time of cement earlier coagulation was no more than 5 minutes and the time of cement finial coagulation was no more than 10 minutes; the early intensity of cement was improved evidently and the intensity of 28 days was lost a little, so much as was improved, the ratio of press-resistance is no less than 80% .
