摘要
目的:优化黄芪和泽泻混合提取的工艺条件。方法:以黄芪皂苷得率为指标,采用正交设计法进行优选。结果:回流时间、乙醇用量和乙醇浓度对提取有显著性影响。结论:混合提取黄芪皂苷的最佳工艺条件为:用80%乙醇提取2次,溶剂用量分别为药材的10,8倍,提取时间分别为90,60 min。
Objective: To optimize the process for mixture extraction of astrageloside from Astragalus membranaceus and Alisma orientalis. Methods: It was considered the yield rate of astrageloside. The optimum extraction process was selected with the orthogonal design. Results: The significant effects of reflux time, alcohol amount and concentration on the extraction of astragaloside were discovered. Conclusion:The optimum mixture extraction process is as follows: 80% alcohol extracting twice, adding 10 times,or 8 times amount of alcohol into Chinese medical materia, and extracting for 90 min, 60 min, respectively.
