摘要
SHCAN2000现场总线控制系统采用LabVIEW作为上位监控软件,利用其功能强大、编程简单、操作灵活、节省开发时间和开发成本的优点,实现工业过程控制中的监控功能。并具体介绍了监控功能的实现方法。最后,阐述了LabVIEW在SHCAN2000系统中的成功应用,论证了其作为监控软件适合于中小型控制系统。介绍了针对过程控制研发的DSC模块,运用"LabVIEW+DSC",更节省开发时间,提高效率。
SHCAN2000 Field Bus control system adopt LabVIEW as supervisory control software to implement supervisory control function.LabVIEW has the excellence in mighty function,simply programming,convenient operation and saving development time and costs.Then introduced explicitly realization methods of supervisory control function.In the end, the thesis set forth LabVIEW's successful application in SHCAN2000 system,proved it to fit medium and small control systems,and presentd DSC Module based on process control.Using'LabVIEW+DSC',can save more time and enhance efficiency.
