摘要
根据收集的大量研究文献，将流动电流及其技术研究分为三大类：流动电流理论研究、流动电流检测技术研究及流动电流应用研究；分类论述了流动电流及其技术的研究与发展历程；指出混凝投药过程控制是流动电流技术最为重要、最有意义的应用领域。文献分析表明，我国流动电流及其技术的研究已进入世界先进行列。
In this paper,the theory and technology of streaming current are discussed in three aspects,namely,theoretical research,text technic research and application research, the research situation of streaming current and its progress in the world are also analysed. The authors point out that chemical dosage control in water treatment is the most important and significant field of streaming current application and in this aspect, research works of China may be raching on advanced level.
