摘要
应用酶联免疫吸附试验和生物活性法，观测42名高血压病（EH）患者血浆肿瘤坏死因子（TNF）、r－干扰素（IFN－r）和血小板衍化生长因子（PDGF）活性水平的变化。结果表明EH患者血浆TNF，IFN－r和PDGF含量分别为：12．6±5．1ng／ml，5．7±1．7ng／ml和151±43U／ml，与正常人相比都具有显著性差异（P均＜0．01）。
ELISA and bioactivity assay were used to measure the plasma level of tumor necrosis factor (TNF), gamma interferon (IFN-r) and platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF )in 42 patients with essential hypertension (EH), and 40 normotensive subjects as control. The results showed that the plasma levels of TNF, IFN-r and PDGF in patients were significantly higher than those in the control (P<0.01 ).
