摘要
采用放免法测定36例高血压病患者和20例正常人血小板膜表面α-颗粒膜蛋白(GMP-140)分子数。结果显示,高血压病患者血小板膜表面GMP-140分子数显著高于正常组,且其含量与舒张压正相关(r=0.6512,P<0.01),而与高血压病分期无关。10例高血压病患者经降压药治疗后,血小板膜表面GMP-140分子数随血压下降而显著减少。提示血小板活化可能参与高血压病的病理生理过程。
The number of molecules of alpha-granule membrane protein (GMP-140) on the surface of platelet was determined in 36 patients with essential hypertension(EH) and 20normal individuals. The results showed that the number of GMP-140 molecules on the surface of platelet in the patients with EH was markedly higher than that in normal subjects.When the level of blood pressure was reduced to normal,the number of GMP-140 molecules on the surface of platelet was markedly decreased. There was positive correlation between the number of GMP-140 molecules on the surface of platelet and the diastolic blood pressure in the patients. The results indicate that platelet activation may be involved in pathophysiology of EH.
