摘要
198 0年代以来,香港的政治生态发生了根本性的改变。这种变化突出表现在从单向度政制到多维政制的转变,从“无政党的行政国”到政党政治的转变,从非参与的政治文化到参与的政治文化的转变,从专制政治到民主政治的转变等几个基本的方面。由于诸多方面的变化,香港已经形成了一种复杂而特殊的政治生态。
Since the 1980s, dramatic changes have taken place in Hong Kong's political environment. These changes have found expression mainly in the following: from a linear political system to a multi-dimensional political system, from “an administrative regime without political parties' to a political system with political parties, from a non-participant political culture to a participant political culture, and from an autocratic politics to a democratic politics. Thus, a special and complicated political environment has emerged in Hong Kong.
