摘要
随着我国经济体制改革的不断深入,地方财政风险逐渐显现出来。地方财政风险产生的主要原因有经济、体制、政策、管理等多种因素。防范和化解地方财政风险,保证财政经济的可持续发展具有重要的现实意义。
The main reasons for the local financial risk coming into being are economy, system, policy, man- agement and so on. It has important realistic meaning for keeping away and solving local financial risk and guar- anteeing the public finance economy continuable development.
