摘要
正确分析音乐教师的专业结构和专业化水准有助于音乐教师的专业化水平的提高,并取得社会的认可。从不可替代的专业立足点来看,教育理论及实践能力和音乐学科知识及能力二者学术水平的同步提高是确立音乐教师专业化水平最为重要的方面。提高音乐教师专业化水平的基本要素是要关注音乐教师的专业化发展,职前培训的加强及课程内容体系的改善,提高音乐教师的准入水平可以有效提高专业化水平,同时职后培训尤其是教学反思策略更可以不断提升广大在职音乐教师的专业化水平。
A close look into the structure of knowledge and the benchmark for teaching is essential in promoting the music teaching as a profession and acquiring the recognition of the society. Viewed from the professional and non-substitutive angle, the most essential competencies are knowledge and skills in both education and music. A concern with the professional development for music teachers is also essential for promoting the standards of the profession where effective measures include enhancing pre-service and in - service teachers education programs focused on the curriculum innovation for the former and reflective strategies for the latter.
