CRP和血小板在小儿全身炎症反应综合征中的变化及意义 被引量：13

摘要 目的:探讨C反应蛋白(CRP)和血小板计数(PLT)的动态变化在小儿全身炎症反应综合征(SIRS)的变化及意义。方法:采用全自动免疫比浊法和血球计数仪动态测定56例SIRS患儿CRP和PLT计数,分析CRP、PLT与病情预后的关系。结果:好转组,恶化组患儿CRP、PLT在入科1h时差异无显著性,好转组CRP在入科48h明显下降,恶化组CRP持续升高;好转组PLT均在正常范围,恶化组PLT持续下降。结论:CRP、PLT动态变化对判断SIRS患儿病情预后有重要帮助。
