摘要
简述高压釜的试验原理;用间接测温方法建立高压釜体内介质温度的预测模型。对该预测模型的误差进行分析。为保证釜体外壁温度和炉膛空气温度的测量精度,采用了优化数字滤波及精度转换电路。该模型一般适用于介质温度变化较慢、流速稳定的试验装置。
Test principle for an autoclave is described briefly. A forecast model for the temperature of the medium inside the autoclave is built with indirect temperature measurements. The error of the model is analyzed and adjusted. We use optimized digital filter and high accuracy transform circuits to precisely measure the external wall temperature of the autoclave and the air temperature in it. In general, this forecast model is only suitable for the testing unit with slower medium temperature change and stable flow velocity.
