摘要
目的探讨影响体检者选择体检套餐的因素。方法随机问卷抽查我院体检者300名进行体检套餐选择影响因素的logistic回归分析。结果经济收入、教育水平、职业结构是影响体检者选择体检套餐的因素,高经济收入、高教育水平、低集体化职业者易选择非A(非基本)套餐。结论医院需要根据医疗辐射地区居民经济收入、教育水平和职业结构合理设置体检套餐,使有限的医疗资源产生更大的社会效益和经济效益。在运营过程中要对市民加强健康体检教育。
Objective:To discuss the factors in affecting the customers to c hoose which type of combined health checkup services they would like to choose f or their health checkup.Methods:A random questionnaire in300customers who took h ealth checkup services in our hospital was used and the factors that affected th eir choices were analyzed with logistic regression.Results:Economic income,educ ation level and occupation structure were the main factors that affected people' s choice of the type of health checkup service.A person with comparably high inc ome,fine education and lowcollectivized job tended to choose Non-A(not basic) set of combined health checkup services.Conclusion:The hospital shall set up the type of health checkup service properly according to the economic income,educa tion level and occupation construction of the surrounding residents,it is very i mportant to make full use of the limited medical treatment resource and equipmen t to bring greater society benefit and also economic benefits,and enhance the p ropaganda of regular healthcare checkup among the residents during the execution .
