摘要
环境权作为公民的一种人权,有其存在的理论基础和社会基础,环境问题的解决需要政府的高效率推动,更需要公众的普遍参与,环境质量的改善不仅是公众的愿望,也符合公众的利益,必须完善民主法制建设,维护公众参与环境保护工作的权益,提高全民环境意识,拓宽公众参与渠道,建立有效的参与机制与途径。
Environmental right has its theoretical foundation and social base existing as a king of human rights of the citizen's. The settlement of the environmental problem needs the government's high efficiency to promote, need public general participation even more . Not only public hope of improvement of environmental quality, but also accord with public interests. We must perfect democracy and legal environmental protection work, improve the whole people's environmental.
