摘要
声表面波(SAW)陀螺具有无源、无线、单层平面结构等优点。以目前国外研究小组所用的铌酸锂为对象,对含陀螺效应的声表面波的波动方程进行求解。用编制的程序进行了数值计算并绘制了基体绕各不同坐标轴旋转时,陀螺效应对铌酸锂表面传播的声表面波速度及对机电耦合系数影响的相关曲线,并对结果进行了分析。
SAW(surface acoustic waves) gyroscope is passive, wireless and has single layer level structure. This article gives the solutions to the fluctuation equations of SAW involving gyroscopic effect, taking LiNbO_3 as the model material. Programs are written to do the numerical calculations, and the relevant curves are plotted, in which the gyroscopic effect influences the speed of SAW propagating over LiNbO_3 surface and the electromechanical coupling coefficient when the base is rotating around different coordinate axes. The results are analyzed and they are helpful to the design of SAW gyroscope, the choice of material and the optimization of cutting type.
