摘要
提出了一种基于DSP 的全数字处理方案代替传统的模拟方案。利用多次谐波分析、高阶FIR 滤波器进行数字滤波等数据处理方法,消除了由相位调制器PZT 的温度不稳定性所引入的干扰,并扩大了系统的动态范围,提高了测量精度。
An all-digital signal processing method based on DSP is presented. Harmonic components analysis method and FIR filter is used to process the gyroscope's signal. It can eliminate the disturbances due to the temperature instability of PZT, and widen the dynamic range and improve measurement precise of the system.
