摘要
东北地区作为我国重要的农业生产基地,在国家粮食安全战略中发挥着重大作用。对现阶段东北农业现代化水平和比较优势进行科学的分析与评价,对于东北农业发展战略与对策的制定和加速推进东北地区的农业现代化进程具有重要意义。评价结果表明,东北地区的农业现代化水平高于全国平均水平,处于起步阶段的中期。具有比较优势的农业产业是种植业和畜牧业,具有比较优势的农产品是玉米、豆类、甜菜、牛肉、牛奶、绵羊毛和禽蛋。图2,表2,参10。
Modern agriculture is a new phase of agricultural development.The conversion from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture is main task of Chinese agricultural development.Northeast China area has been an important base of foodstuff production and greatly contributed to national food security.Scientific analysis and evaluation of present agricultural development level and comparative advantage of northeast China is very significant to the establishment of its development stratagem of modern agriculture and the promotion of the course of its agricultural modernization.Based on former study fruits about modern agriculture and actual conditions of northeast China,the evaluation index system about the level of agriculture modernization is established,and agricultural comparative advantage of northeast China is analyzed by a series of indexes including agricultural output efficiency,agricultural labor productivity,indexes of main crops'comparative advantage,proportion of output value of farming,forestry,animal husbandry and fishery to agricultural gross output value.The result shows that northeast China's level of agricultural modernization is higher than average level of China.And comparative-advantage industry of northeast agriculture is farming and stockbreeding.And main advantage agricultural products are corn,soybean,beet ,milk,sheep wool,and poultry eggs.Finally,based on above-mentioned analytic results,four aspects of countermeasures are put forward considering actual circumstances of northeast China.
