摘要
本文较详细地介绍了坦桑尼亚和赞比亚国家概况、基础设施的现状,对两国的基础设施投资环境和建筑市场经营环境进行了分析,并详细阐述两国的税收政策、劳资关系,为这一领域的大型国有企业实施“走出去”的战略有一定的指导作用。
This paper gives an introduction in details to the general situations and present situations of infrastructure of Tanzania and Zambia, analyses investment environment for infrastructure of Tanzania and Zambia, analyses investment environment for infrastructure and business environment for construction market of two countries, and describes the tax policy and relations between labour and capital in details, for reference to conducting strategy of 'going abroad' by the large-sized state-owned enterprise.
