异丙酚对胃镜检查病人镇静止痛作用的观察 被引量：1

摘要 　目的:观察异丙酚静脉麻醉行胃镜检查,能否产生良好的镇静及止痛作用,增加病人接受检查的依从性,提高检查的成功率。方法:将须行胃镜检查的病例分为观察组(给予异丙酚静脉麻醉)与对照组(常规操作),分别对两组病人检查中及检查后的反应情况,检查成功率,检查前、中、后的血氧饱和度、心率、平均动脉压对比观察。结果:观察组的反应较对照组轻,检查前后血氧饱和度和心率的变化与对照组比较差异不显著,平均动脉压下降,但无须处理。结论:辅以异丙酚静脉麻醉行胃镜检查,病人安全无痛苦,乐于接受,有助于多次检诊。
