摘要
高校学报既不同于生活类的大众读物,又与专业性的学术期刊有所区别,在繁荣学术过程中,高校学报自有其一席之地,其传扬学术的功能和提高国民素质的作用是别的刊物或媒体所无法完全取代的。高校学报在发展中需要正视存在的问题,办出特色,守住底线。
The university journal differs from the popular reading material about life as well as from the professional academic journal. The university journal has a niche in the promotion of academy. Its function of spreading academy and its role of raising the national quality can never be completely replaced by other journals or media. Meanwhile, university journal should squarely face the problems of development, try to operate with its own characteristics and defend its stooges.
