摘要
国企改制中领导层的职务犯罪问题,是改革发展到深层次遇到的难题,其原因既有历史的也有现实的,由此导致国企改制未取得实质性的进展。因此,需要从体制入手,明晰产权关系,发展民主与法制,以较好解决这一难题。
The problem of the crime of leader's taking advantages of duty in the process of state-run enterprise' restructuring is a thorny problem that the reform have met while coming up to a deep level. It has realistic and historical reasons, and it also resulted in the fact that state-run enterprise's restructuring couldn't make substantive progress. Thus, to solve this problem, we should begin with the system, clarify the relationship of property right and develop democracy and law-ruling.
