摘要
为了提高锌空气电池的锌电极利用率,将固化胶A与保水剂B按一定质量比配比将锌粉粘结成型,按照AA型(普通5号电池)的外形尺寸组装成电池,用恒阻(10Ω)连续放电,截止到终止电压0. 9V,放电时间达到27h,锌电极利用率达到59. 9%,是同型号的普通锌锰电池规定放电时间的2倍以上.试验得到当固化胶A占锌粉的质量分数为1. 5%,保水剂B占1%时,电池性能最好.
In order to improve utilization of zinc electrode,curing glue A and water-absorbing agent B were used to bond zinc powder with certaint proportion .AA size zinc-air battery was made of this bonded zinc electrode,which discharged at constant resistance (10Ω) continuously.This brand new battery discharged for 27 hours before its voltage reached 0.9 V,double times of AA size alkaline-manganese battery while the utilization rate of zinc electrode was 59.9% .The experiment shows that the performance of this battery reaches peak value with the best proportion (A∶1.5% ,B∶1%).
