摘要
理念创新是成人教育创新的先导。当前要确立成人教育的终身理念、开放理念与素质理念。制度创新是成人教育创新的关键。为此,要完善成人教育立法,理顺成人教育管理体制,改革完善成人教育投资体制与办学机制。以教育理念和教育体制的创新为突破口,必将有利于推动成人教育的现代化。
The innovation in idea is the preiiee of adult education.The idea,of lietime educaooon,being open,add emphasss of quality should be established. innovation System in is the key to innovation in adult education.The adult educational legislation should be strengthened,the management system should be perfected,and the investment structure and the mechanism of running a school of adult education should be reformed and perfected. The innovation in educational idea and structure of education will help to promote the modernization of adult education.
