摘要
目的:研究莫达非尼脉冲控释片的体内过程。方法:采用γ-闪烁显像示踪技术观察脉冲片在胃肠道转运和崩解释药情况。结果:本实验制备的口服脉冲控释片在人体内实现了脉冲释药。结论:莫达非尼脉冲控释片在人体内具有脉冲释药特征。
Objective: To study the process of modafinil pulsatile controlled-release tablets in vivo. Method: The γ-scintigraphic tracer was used to investigate the gastrointestinal transport and disintegrating release of modafinil pulsatile controlled-release tablets in vivo. Result: The effect of pulsatile controlled-release tablets could be achieved in vivo. Conclusion: Modafinil pulsatile controlled-re- lease tablets had the characteristic of the pulsatile release in vivo.
