摘要
用免疫放射法（ＩＲＭＡ）测定上海市新生儿脐血ＴＳＨ，以初步探讨上海市人群的碘营养状况。上海市新生儿ＴＳＨ值≥５ｍＩＵ／Ｌ者占２９．６％；上海市新生儿母亲（孕妇）尿碘值≥１００μｇ／Ｌ者占２７．４％；９８％的上海市居居食盐碘含量为零。提示上海市居民存在碘缺乏。
By measuring neonatal cord blood spot TSH levels using immunoradiometric assay(IRMA),a preliminary evaluation of the iodine nutrition was done in the population of Shanghai.The results showed:1.the percentage of neonatal TSH levels equal to or greater than 5 mIU/L was 29.6% in Shanghai;2.The percentage of urinary iodine values of pregnant women equal to or greater thah 100μg/L was 27.4% in Shanghai;3.98% of Shanghai inhabitants consumed noniodized salt.The results indicate that Shanghai is an iodine deficiency area.
