摘要
研究了Bi2 O3-B2 O3-SiO2 系玻璃的成玻性能、转变温度(Tg)和热膨胀系数(CTE) ,确定了该系统易熔封接玻璃的玻化范围以及玻璃的转变温度和玻璃的热膨胀系数与玻璃组成的关系。
The ability of glasses formation,the coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) and transition temperature(Tg) of these glasses were studied.The formation region of the glasses has been confirmed,and the relationship of transition temperature and the coefficient of thermal expansion with composition have been determined.
