用平行向列液晶空间光调制器制作相息图的研究 被引量:14

摘要 利用液晶空间光调制器制作相息图是目前惟一的一种能实现动态实时计算全息的方法,它在光信息处理和光学测量方面具有重要的应用价值。文章首先介绍了由低成本的商业液晶电视改造而成的平行向列液晶空间光调制器,在液晶空间光调制器上制作相息图,用液晶电视制作的相息图再现物体。通过再现像的误差分析,我们认为位相失配和液晶屏的黑栅效应是导致再现像不清晰的主要原因。最后探讨了它在位相滤波器方面的应用。 The only way to make a real time kinoform is to use the liquid crystal spatial light modulator. And the kinoform is valuable to optical information processing and optical measurements. The paper introduced the fabrication of the parallel aligned liquid crystal spatial light modulator (LC,SLM). And the kinoform was made on the LC SLM. The reconstructed image of the original object was obtained with the kinoform on LC SLM. Its application in phase only filters was discussed.
