摘要
当前形势下,如何盘活基础测绘成果资源,为国民经济和社会信息化建设服务成为急需解决的现实问题。分析基础测绘成果的社会需求,探讨阻碍基础测绘成果广泛应用的主要问题,结合测绘法要求,提出了促进基础测绘成果广泛应用的对策建议。
In the current situation, the urgent problem needs to be solved is how to utilize the basic surveying and mapping product resources to serve the development of national economy and construction of social informatization. This article analyzed the social requirement of basic surveying and mapping product, discussed the main problem which counteract the widely use of basic surveying and mapping product and proposed a reasonable strategy to facilitate the extensive application of basic surveying and mapping product by integrating the regulation of Surveying and Mapping Law.
