摘要
对造成冷水塔PVC填料及支承装置缺陷的各种因素进行了分析,提出了采用竹栅网格与PVC填料组合(下部为竹栅格,上部为PVC填料)的技术改造方案。冷却塔淋水填料改进后,改善了冷却塔热力性能,使汽轮机组的真空值有所上升,提高了机组远行的经济性,达到了节能降耗的目的。
Analyzes the defection caused by PVG filler and supporting device for cooling tower. Presents technology transformation scheme: blending bamboo grid with PVC filler (above is PVC filler, below is bamboo grid) which improves heating function, increases vacumm quantity and operating economy of turbine unit so as to save energy and reduce consumption.
