摘要
本文介绍了短信群发的软件设计流程和功能模块的划分。将该软件与地震速报系统相结合,实现了自动发送地震消息。
In this paper,the softwere technological process of the group sending message and divided function module were introduced.It was realized to sending the seismic information automaticly by combining this softwere with the seismic bulletin system.
