摘要
农村城镇化是经济现代化进程的大势所趋,是湖南建设全面小康社会的必然选择,农村城镇化不仅有利于湖南解决好"三农问题",而且有利于促进农村经济的健康、持续、稳定发展。然而由于各方面因素的影响,当前湖南农村城镇化还存在很多问题,并已对农村经济发展产生了严重的负面影响。为此,必须迅速采取相应的对策与措施,以加速湖南农村城镇化进程。
Urbanization of rural areas is the trend in the process of economic modernization, and is the inevitable choice of construction of all-round comfortable society in Hunan Province. Urbanization of rural areas helps not only to solve the 'three- rural' problem, but also to put rural economy on the way of healthy, sustained and steady development. But owing to the influence of many factors, there exist many problems in the process of urbanization of rural areas in Hunan Province , which have brought negative effects on rural economic development. Therefore countermeasures must be taken to promote the process of urbanization.
