摘要
通过对蓄电池槽结构的工艺分析,确定了该类制件的注射模结构、工作过程,并对其设计特点进行了介绍。其特别之处在于采用灵活的抽芯机构解决了在同一位置脱螺纹和成型碰穿孔的复杂问题。
Though the technological analysis of the structure of the accumulator tank,the structure and working process of the injection mould for the type of parts are determined.The characterisˉtics of the design of the mould are introduced.The specialty of the design is the flexible core-pulling structure that solved the difficult problem of unloading the screw thread and moulding the through hole at the same place.
