摘要
为了研究吸热型碳氢燃料的裂解结焦及其抑制,采用连续进样挂片测焦的方法考察了三种结焦抑制剂对焦的抑制作用.结果表明:裂解时间在30 min内,抑焦效果最好的抑制剂可以将结焦量降低60%;对于30~60 min的裂解过程,抑焦效果较佳的抑制剂可降低结焦量31%.结合燃料裂解产物的分析结果,考察了结焦抑制剂对吸热型碳氢燃料裂解反应历程的影响,以及抑制剂对金属挂片上结焦渗碳现象的缓解作用.结果显示:三种结焦抑制剂并不参与燃料裂解反应,对裂解产物特别是小分子烯烃产物的分布基本没有影响,为吸热型碳氢燃料的开发和应用提供重要信息.
A chromatogram system was set up for determining coke deposition produced in the cracking of endothermic hydrocarbon fuel and for evaluating the coking inhibition characteristic of three kinds of inhibitors. It was found that the best inhibitor decreased 60% of the total coke amount within 30 min and the suitable inhibitor for the cracking reaction within 30-60 min decreased 31% of the total coke. By analysis of the cracking products, the effects of the coking-inhibitors on the cracking reaction and the cementite phenomenon of the metal were investigated. The results show that these inhibitors do not participate in the cracking reactions and do not affect the olefin product distributions, which is important for the development and application of endothermic hydrocarbon fuel.
