摘要
目的:观察火针疗法治疗腰背肌筋膜炎的临床疗效。方法:将78例患者随机分为2组。治疗组50例,采用火针疗法治疗;对照组28例,采用针灸治疗。结果:总有效率治疗组为94.0%,对照组为64.3%,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:火针疗法治疗腰背肌筋膜炎效果显著。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of electro - acupuncture (EC) combined with warm - needle moxibus-tion (WNM) for chronic prostatitis (CP). Methods: 82 cases of CP were allocated to 2 groups randomly. The treatment group (42 cases) was treated EC + WNM and the control group (40 cases) by Qianliekang. 15 days constituted a course of treatment and 2 courses were given. Results: The total effective rate was 88. 1% and 65.0% in treatment group and control group respectively ( P < 0.05). Conclusion: EC combined with WNM exerts a marked curative effect for CP.
