摘要
本文对７６例外伤性白内障人工晶体植入术病例进行了分析。均为单眼。伤后２０天至半年行针吸术或囊外摘除人工晶体植入术。作者认为，手术时间应依其不同受伤性质而定，穿孔性外伤晶体破裂应尽早手术以防继发青光眼；钝挫伤引起者以３个月左右手术为宜。角膜水肿、后囊混浊及术后散光为常见术中、术后并发症。掌握手术时机、提高手术技巧为预防并发症的有效手段。
The intraoculaT lens implanation for 76 PatientS with unilateral traumatic cataract was analyzed by the author. We Performed the operation during the 20 days and 6 months after the damage. Comeal edema,opasification of the Posterior capsule and astigmatism are the main complication of intro-and Postoperation.
