摘要
对Y系列三相异步电机的电机轴疲劳断裂原因进行了分析,选用了两种材料两种热处理方案估算电机轴的疲劳应力,并用ANSYS软件模拟疲劳应力,从而对电机轴的结构进行了优化设计,提高了电机轴的疲劳寿命.
The cause of the fatigue fracture of the Y-series three-phase asynchronous electromotor shaft is analyzed in this paper. The fatigue stress of the electromotor shaft is calculated by two kinds of heat treatment methods using two different materials, and the ANSYS software is introduced to simulate the fatigue stress. As a result, the structure of the electromotor shaft is optimized, and therefore its fatigue life is improved accordingly.
