摘要
将桥梁上部结构中常见的混凝土腹板更新为波纹钢腹板,以达到减轻梁体自重和充分发挥各种材料性能优势的目的。在吸收国外成功工程实例的基础上,分析此新型钢-混凝土组合结构在弯曲、剪切、扭转作用下的受力特点,并针对应采取的结构设计方法进行探讨。建立波纹钢腹板梁模型、有限元分析和验证其应力与变形分布规律,为今后建造此类新型组合结构的桥梁提供理论基础。
Replacing the usual concrete web with the corrugate steel web in the upper part construction of bridges can both reduce the dead weight of beams and bring the function of all materials into full play. In this paper,the mechanical characteristics of the novel composite steel-concrete structure under the action of flection,shear or torsion are analyzed,and the structural design method is discussed. In order to test the stress and deformation of such novel structure,a finite element model of the beam with the corrugate steel web is built,and finite element analysis is carried out. The study result provides a theoretic basis for building bridges with such composite structure.
