铝电解生产过程网络控制系统的设计与研究 被引量:1

摘要 在从理论分析和技术实现两方面对网络控制系统进行研究的基础上,进行了铝电解生产过程网络控制系统的设计与研究,完成了系统的拓扑结构设计、硬件设计与软件设计,开发了操作简单、使用方便、功能强大、交互友好的运行监控界面及监控级与现场级之间的CAN通信软件。实际运行结果表明,本系统结构合理,控制算法先进、鲁棒性好、工作可靠性高、人机界面友好及操作方便,达到了生产厂家的要求。 Based on the study of networked control system(NCS) from theory and engineering aspects, the NCS of aluminium electrolysis process is designed and researched, including the structure of the system, hardware and software. The monitor interface is designed, which has advantages of simple manipulation, convenient using, powerful function and friendly man-machine conversation. The CAN-bus based software for communication between the monitor and the controller is designed too. The debugging and running results indicates that the system has reasonable control scheme, advanced control algorithm, good robustness, high operating reliability, friendly man-machine interface and convenient manipulation. The designed system can satisfy the demands of the client entirely.
